Lady Pioneers Down Delhi

The Alfred State College women's soccer team wrapped up their regular seaon with a 9-0 victory over SUNY Delhi.  The nine goals is the highest offensive production of the season.

Abby Komarc (Horseheads) led the offensive attack with three goals and an assist.  The hat trick was Komarc's first in her collegiate career.  Tiffany Fox (Canisteo Greenwood) scored twice while Jenna Lynn (York) and Holli Pierce (Livonia) each tallied a goal and an assist.

Kate Bailey (West Valley) and Kristine Hallowell (Greece Odyssey) found the back of the net while Shea McKee (Canisteo Greenwood) tallied two assists.  Danielle Henry (Arkport) and Mercedes Kitchen (West Canada Valley) both passed out an assist.

Mo Parks (Avoca) made seven saves to record another shutout.  She now has four solo shutouts on the season.

The Lady Pioneers are now 11-4 overall and 10-3 in Region III Division III contests. 

The team now waits for the announcement of the Region III Division III Tournament seeding which will be announced Wednesday.
