Pioneers and Spartans Tie

The Alfred State College men's soccer team scored a goal late in regulation to tie their game with Cayuga CC on Saturday.  Neither team could score in overtime and settled for a 1-1 tie.  ASC is now 6-4-1 on the season.

Masanari Yamamoto (Tokyo, Japan) scored in the 83rd minute to tie a game that the Pioneers dominated the play. ASC finished with 26 shots on goal. Justin Handley (Iroqouis) was credited with the assist.

Dan Krajcir (Gloversville) made ten saves in net.
