Lady Pioneers remain ranked #5

The Alfred State College volleyball team remained ranked #5 in the latest NJCAA Division III poll.  The Lady Pioneers are currently 26-4 on the season heading into the final weekend of the regular season.

The Lady Pioneers have won 18 of their last 20 matches with their only two losses coming to Division II Genesee CC.  ASC started the pre-season ranked #6, fell to #10 during the beginning part of the season, and vaulted to their current spot of #5 after their recent success.

The Lady Pioneers wrap up the regular season on Saturday when they travel to Corning CC for their annual tournament. 

The Region III Division III Tournament seedings will be announced on Monday with the top eight teams coming to Alfred State College for the Championship Tournament November 3-4.
