Cross Country remains #7

The Alfred State College cross country teams remain ranked #7 in the latest NJCAA Division III poll.  The Pioneers have been ranked #7 in the last four polls.

The team has been busy preparing for this weekend's Region III Championships.  The Blue and Gold will travel to SUNY Delhi this weekend for the event.

At the event they will race versus numerous top ten programs.  On the men's side #1 SUNY Delhi, #3 SUNY Cobleskill, and #6 Mohawk Valley CC will compete while on the women's side #2 SUNY Delhi, #4 Mohawk Valley CC, #5 SUNY Cobleskill, #6 Finger Lakes CC, #8 Erie CC, #9 Hudson Valley CC, and #10 Herkimer County CC will all compete.

Racing begins on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the SUNY Delhi golf course.
