Men ranked 5th, Women 6th in latest Cross Country Poll

The men's cross country team at Alfred State College has moved up in the latest NJCAA Division III polls while the women remained the same.  The men are ranked #5 while the women are ranked #6.

The Pioneers won both the men's and women's titles at the Alfred State College Invitational on Saturday.  Zak Williamson (Rocky Point) won the men's title while Rhea Cosay (White River, AZ) was the top female finishing 4th.  The men were ranked 7th in last week's poll.

SUNY Delhi continues to hold on to the #1 ranking on the men's side while SUNY Cobleskill is #1 on the women's side.

A-State travels to Houghton College on Saturday for the Highlander Invitational.  The first race begins at 10:30 a.m.
