McMahon and Tamme Named Athletes of the Week

Volleyball player Brianne McMahon (Buffalo/Sweet Home) and football player Grant Tamme (Danville, KY) have been named the Alfred State College athletes of the week.

McMahon was named the MVP of the Mohawk Valley CC Tournament for the 2^nd year in a row.  She helped lead ASC to a 5-0 record as the team repeated as champions.  McMahon recorded 38 digs, 31 kills, and 14 service aces.

Tamme was 9 for 12 for 248 yards in the football team's 56-14 victory over the Brockport JV squad on Monday afternoon.  Tamme connected on touchdown passes of 58, 62, 5, and 40 yards.
