Student Rally

Keep the Tuition Increase On Campus

"You may be thinking that recent budget cuts will be offset by this semester's tuition increase. Not so! The Governor wants to use 90% of that tuition increase to fill the hole in New York State's budget. As a SUNY student your tuition will go towards filling a hole in the budget that you did not dig!" - Adam Nash, Student Senate President

There will be a student rally on Friday, Feb. 6 at 12 Noon. A live broadcast will be linked from our home page.

  • Student Gathering Place in Central Dining Hall (Alfred campus)
  • Student Cafeteria (Wellsville campus)

Presentations by Student Senate President Adam Nash, Alfred State College President John M. Anderson, and State Senator Catharine Young.
