Friday, July 13

6 - 8 p.m., Townhouse check-in, Townhouse Commons Building, Alfred Campus

Costs:
Friday & Saturday nights = $105 per person
Saturday night only = $60 per person
Linen provided – responsible for making own bed
6 single rooms available per townhouse
**Must Reserve Room in Advance

8 - 11 p.m., Welcome Back Gathering, Current TG House, 52 N. Main Street, Alfred
Beer and wine with music & refreshments

Saturday, July 14

9 a.m. - Noon, Townhouse check-in, Townhouse Commons Building, Alfred Campus

9:30 a.m. - Noon, Continental Breakfast, Current TG House, 52 N. Main Street, Alfred
Pastries, fruit, juices, coffee & tea

11 a.m. - 1 p.m., Campus Tours, TG House on campus (formerly known as the Victorian House)
Current TG Brothers will provide a walking tour of the College campus. Tour to include “old house,” new construction, Alumni Plaza, etc.

Please notify us when registering if special accommodations are needed for the tour.

1 - 7 p.m., Picnic at Lake Lodge, $40 per person includes all food & beer
*Must pay for in advance

1 p.m., Sign-in, hors d’oeuvres & drinks available (sweet & sour meatballs, chicken wings, cheese platter, vegetable platter, chips & dip, and fresh fruit with dip)

1:30 p.m., Welcome & update on the College (Clayton Stutzman '65, Don Gibbs '68, Mike Fingar, TG President, & Alfred State President Dr. John M. Anderson)

2 p.m., Socializing, reminiscing, & class photos

3 p.m., Singing “old house” songs, class recognition

5 p.m., Dinner (Stearns chicken BBQ, hamburgers & hot dogs, sausage with peppers & onions, salt potatoes, macaroni salad, tossed salad, baked beans, dinner rolls & dessert – sheet cake, cookies, & ice cream novelties)

Sunday, July 15

9 - 11 a.m., Townhouse check-out, Townhouse Commons

8 a.m. - Noon, Breakfast at the Collegiate “The Jet”, on your own if desired

Please note: For those staying for the weekend, bus transportation will be provided from Hornell & Wellsville beginning at 10 a.m. and will run until 1 p.m. when picnic at Lake Lodge begins. A bus will also be available at 12:30 p.m. to shuttle folks from campus to the Lake Lodge. Bus transportation will be available again at 8 p.m. to shuttle folks back to Hornell, Wellsville, and Alfred if needed.
