Cost & Reservations
Cost to attend is $15 per person (normal price $29.95; $15 covered by the Alumni Association). You may register and pay online. If you would rather mail a check, choose personal check in the payment method drop down menu of the online registration form and mail your payment immediately. You are not registered until payment is received.

- Carved watermelon & diced fresh fruit
- Caesar salad
- Tossed salad greens & assorted dressings
- Imported penne pasta tossed with roasted vegetables in pesto infused olive oil
- Soup de jour
- Hunter style chicken breast
- Lemon sole with caper butter
- Julienne sirloin au poivre
- Au gratin potatoes & seasonal vegetable medley
- Freshly baked rolls
- Desmond bread pudding with vanilla custard
- Chocolate layer cake & mini-Viennese pastries
- Freshly brewed coffee, tea, and decaf selections
