Planning and Development

COSA's planning stage is almost complete. Land for pastures, hay, and vegetable production is certified organic and plans are now being developed to transition organic cows. The construction project is expected to go out for bids Spring 2010, with ground breaking Summer 2010. Once complete, development will be on-going.
