The catering services at Alfred State are delivered by ACES. ACES specializes in making every event special and unique, no matter the size or complexity. ACES meals and service are unmatched in the Southern Tier. On-campus venues and the private Lake Lodge provide a perfect backdrop to an event that features meals and snacks that you will be proud to serve your guests.

Auxiliary Campus Enterprises and Services, Inc. (ACES) is a not-for-profit corporation that supports the mission of Alfred State College by providing dining services, campus bookstores, cable TV, transportation and vending services to Alfred State College students.
