Conferences and Events Planning

Located in the village of Alfred, NY, Alfred State has conference facilities and services for special events, and educational and personal enrichment programs. The college has residential space for 1,500 attendees. Conference space includes an off-campus lodge with seating for 200 as well as on campus facilities including 30 classrooms, 10 meeting rooms, and two auditoriums on campus.

The college is nestled inside the village which offers restaurants, personal services, and shopping. The New York wine country is a short 30-minute drive away. Let our conference and event planning team plan every detail for you, ensuring the smooth execution of your next event.

Alfred State facilities may be used by anyone for conferences, meetings, seminars, symposia, special events, and catered functions.
