Commencement Ticket Policy

Commencement 2011

The Alfred State College Commencement ceremony will be held in the McLane Center on the Alfred University campus. Seating will be limited. All candidates for graduation who have paid the required fee will be issued up to four tickets when they pick up their graduation packets at the Campus Bookstore before May 5. Effective May 5, any tickets not picked up will be given to other candidates desiring extra tickets. Up to four additional tickets will be given to candidates requesting them at the Alfred Campus Bookstore on a first-come, first-served basis. Should there be remaining tickets by 10 a.m. on the day of the ceremony, these will be available at the main entrance of the McLane Center for guests, again on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: Only students who pick up their graduation packets prior to May 5 are guaranteed four seating tickets. Beginning May 5, remaining tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
