Versus Wells College on Wednesday, Pendleton won the 1650 free (20:15.63) and the 100 free (58.11). He also was part of the winning 200 medley relay team.
At the Monroe CC Invitational, he was 2nd in the 1650 free (19:42.78), 4th in the 200 back (2:41.14), and 6th in the 100 breast (1:14.91).
Alfred heads to Jamestown CC twice this next week.

Jake Drew (Victor) was 4th in the 100 back (1:09.61), Josh McDowell (Wayland Cohocton) was 5th in the 50 free (24.96) and 6th in the 100 fly (1:05.96), and Tyler Easterbrook (Bath) was 5th in the 500 free (5:48.96).

Jake Drew (Victor) tied in the 100 backstroke (1:09.06) while Tyler Easterbook (Bath Haverling) was 2nd in the 200 free (2:08.52) and Josh McDowell (Wayland Cohocton) was 2nd in the 100 fly (1:04.74).

The Alfred State swimming team wrapped up the 2012 portion of their season with a 3rd place showing at the Jamestown CC Invitational. Only the men's team competed and scored 155 points on the day.

Mark Pendleton (Beacon) was 7th in the 200 IM (2:21.90), Josh McDowell (Wayland Cohocton) was 11th in the 50 free (25.01), Tyler Easterbrook (Bath Haverling) was 12th in the 500 free (5:52.35), and Kalem Chambliss (Alfred Almond) was 12th in the 50 free (25.22)

Witchella had a big week for the blue & gold averaging 22.7 points and 16 rebounds per game. She also added 17 blocks and 11 steals. She had a triple-double vs. Corning with 26 points, 17 rebounds and 10 blocks.
