Job Description:
The New York State Dispute Resolution Association, Inc. (NYSDRA) is seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communications skills to assist in managing a rapidly expanding, state-wide agricultural mediation program. Interested applicants must have a college degree as well as personal or professional experience with the agricultural community. Experience in the dispute resolution field and with Community Dispute Resolution Centers (CDRCs) is desirable.
