Real Estate class?

My roommate (and best friend on campus) has been telling me about this one professor she has. I never heard of the guy, Professor Damrath, but then again I'm not in the Business major. He sounds like a real character though! I got permission to join the class, Real Estate, as a guest whenever I want.

I joined class today, to get the "Damrath Experience". It pretty much made my day. This older guy, who's also a Judge, has the craziest sense of humor. The first time I see him, he's whacking the life out of one of the elmos, trying to get it to work. Who knew that someone could make the most boring subject so interestinglike Real Estate and Business Ethics....yuck. Only professor Damrath, haha.
