Hoag Takes a Big CutThe Alfred State College baseball team continues to be one of the most successful programs in Region III. The Pioneers have accumulated over 40 victories in a school year in ten of the last fifteen years.

During the 2010-11 season, the Pioneers had a 18-25 record.  One player was named NJCAA All-American, two were named All-WNYAC and two were named All-Region.

Cronin Named Interim Baseball Coach

Jason Cronin has been named the Alfred State College interim baseball coach.  Cronin brings with him nearly fifteen years of coaching experience.

Hoag and Dunn Named All-WNYAC

Alfred State College baseball players Garrett Hoag (Dansville) and Dylan Dunn (Hornell) have been named honorable mention All-WNYAC. 

Fall Baseball Season Comes to an End for ASC

The Alfred State College fall baseball season came to an end on Tuesday following a 12-3 loss at Erie CC in the 1st round of the WNYAC Tournament.  ASC jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the 1st inning but could never recover after ECC answered with six runs in the bottom of the 1st.
