Shawna McNeil (Hornell) led the blue & gold with 14 points while Brittney Brooks (Elmira Free) chipped in 10.
The Jayhawks led the whole game and held a 12-point halftime lead.
The Pioneers return to action on Thursday when they travel to Genesee CC for a 6 p.m. tip-off with the Cougars.

Six students enrolled in the Alfred State College construction management engineering technology bachelor-level program recently took second place in the Commercial Building Division at the Associated Schools of Construction Region 1 (Virginia to Maine) estimating and scheduling competition, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Fairfield, NJ. In addition to the special recognition the students and program received attesting to their success, the students each received a copy of Win Estimator software for their use.
