• SUNY admissions application - You can apply online through the SUNY system or you may contact our admissions [at] alfredstate [dot] edu (Admissions Office) to request a SUNY application be mailed to you. Please visit our academic programs pages in order to find the application code(s) for the program(s) to which you are applying.
• Supplemental information form - If you have a gap of more than six months in your educational experiences, you can use this form to supply information on what you did during that time. (8 KB)
• Readmission application - Use this form to apply for readmission to Alfred State College. (400 KB)
