1. You can apply online through the SUNY system.
2. You may contact our admissions [at] alfredstate [dot] edu (Admissions Office) to request a SUNY application be mailed to you. Please include your name, street address, city and zip code in your request. Detailed application instructions are provided on the form.

Supplemental Information Form

If you have a gap of more than six months in your educational experiences, you can use the supplemental information form (8 KB) to supply information on what you did during that time.
