Jump in and make the most of your Alfred State experience!

The links to the left will help you to finalize your college plans. Also, please be sure to check your Alfred State email account on a regular basis. Updates and important information (financial aid and billing, orientation, course registration, etc.) are being sent to you at your e-mail address.

The packet you receive from our Admissions Office will include directions for filling out your Housing Preference Survey. If you are interested in the Living Learning Community, and are a baccalaureate- or associate-degree-seeking student in the School of Architecture, Management, and Engineering Technology or School of Arts and Sciences, answer “yes” to question #2 on that survey.

Be prepared for the first day of class. Review the list of math courses that require specific calculators and laptops required per curriculum. Laptops and calculators are available through the Campus Bookstore. Students who are required to have tools for applied technology programs will have an opportunity to meet with tool vendors during summer orientation.
