Description: 

Examination of the principles and methods of salesmanship, and relationship of selling with respect to the salesperson, his/her company, customers, and products. Emphasis is placed on the selling process: prospecting, approach, handling objections and closing the sale.  Practice in giving actual sales presentations is required of all students.
